Advice and assistance
We’ll advise you on your trip and assist you upon arrival in Madrid. This includes 24/7 assistance during your stay in the city.
Includes:
- Pre-arrival advice in Madrid covering all aspects of the trip
- Assistance on arrival day (airport, transfer and accommodation)
- 24/7 ongoing assistance and advice during your stay in the city
- Assistance at check-out and at the airport on the day of departure
Cost: From 50 € per person (minimum of 500 € per group. For stays up to 6 nights)
